VISION: What does the CCA want to achieve?
To become the best youth organisation in Singapore, one that actively helps to make Singapore the safest places in the world.
MISSION: What does the CCA set out to do?
To develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: By the time the students leave the CCA, what characteristics do they exhibit?
Resilience - Through footdrills and outdoor camps, cadets will build up their self-confidence and resilience in unfamiliar and uncomfortable conditions.
Integrity - Through National Education and Law Enforcement courses, cadets will learn to appreciate the inner workings of the various Home Team agencies and the importance of an honest and incorruptible system in maintaining the peace and safety of Singapore.
Service Excellence - Through advocacy and outreach projects, cadets will learn the value of servant leadership and take pride in their service and community.

Leadership: Command and execute drills
Knowledge: Crime Scene Investigation, Campcraft, First Aid
Self-Mastery: Revolver shooting, Basic firefighting, Kayaking
