The Singapore National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a world-class organization that nurtures responsible, resilient and resourceful cadets to become successful citizens.

MISSION: What does the CCA set out to do?

The NCC’s mission is to develop:

• loyal leaders

• team players

through fun and challenging military-related activities.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: By the time the students leave the CCA, what characteristics do they exhibit?

1. Competent leaders who are responsible or his own actions and are equipped leadership skills to enable him to be successful in the real-world environment.

2. Physically fit cadets who are physically active and lead healthy lifestyles.

3. Committed cadets who shows care and concern for fellow cadets.

LEARNING INDICATORS: How do we know our students have learnt?

1. Junior cadets are inducted into the NCC fraternity and are actively participating in the Junior Cadets programme.

2. Senior Cadets are proficient in their NCC skillset and is active striving in assigned tasks and looking forward to lead the unit.

3. Cadet Leaders are planning programs and leading the unit in regular training sessions and participating in challenging activities and contributing to the school/nation.

1. Leadership: Command and execute drills.

2. Self-Mastery: Navigation, Outdoor campcraft.

3. Challenge: Kayaking, Precision drills performance.

1. Total Defence concepts
