About Us
VISION: What does the CCA want to achieve? To become the best youth organisation in Singapore, one that actively helps to make Singapore the safest places in the world.
MISSION: What does the CCA set out to do? To develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: By the time the students leave the CCA, what characteristics do they exhibit?
Expose cadets to a challenging environment, which, in turn will develop their leadership qualities, strong character and civic, social and moral values.
Help to build a stronger bond of friendship within cadets, and so lead to a safe place for all in the country.
Encourage others to treat fellow cadets with respect, courtesy and tact, teach each other to extend the same care and concern to others.
Teach cadets to adopt its tradition of high standards of performance, commitment, duty and service, to seek to excel and to face up to challenge.
